Parent teaching child racist views claims “its his constitutional right”

May 25, 2009

Two kids living in  a “white supremist” household have been taken into child services in Winnepeg.

The father accused of teaching his kids that other races are inferior and deserve to die was proved when one of the kids showed up to school with hate propaganda inked on her body.

Check out the story here:

http://www.canada.com/news/Winnipeg+child+services+battle+over+racism+allegations/1593507/story.html

“A weeklong trial is slated to begin May 25, and the father is seeking an automatic ruling in their favour by citing numerous alleged violations under the Charter of Rights and Freedoms.”

Do you agree? Is it our right as a Canadian citizen to educate our children in any manner we see fit?

Explain your view.

“The findings suggest that a distinct foreign-sounding name may be a significant disadvantage in the job market,” he said. “I did not expect to see this kind of discrimination. It’s against the law.”
